Cobra Clicks S.A.R.L (شركة كوبرا كليكس ش.م.م) is a limited liability company registered in Lebanon under commercial register number 583657 at the Commercial Register of Mount Lebanon, Baabda, with its registered office at Section 15, Property No. 1402, Baysour, Mount Lebanon, Lebanon. In these Terms “Cobra Clicks”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that company.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of cobraclicks.com and its subdomains (the “Website”) and of any Cobra Clicks software, dashboards, reports or integrations that connect to Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or other platforms (the “Cobra Clicks Apps”). The Website and the Cobra Clicks Apps are operated by COBRA CLICKS S.A.R.L, trading as Cobra Clicks, Commercial register No. 583657, Commercial Register of Mount Lebanon, Baabda (not registered for VAT).
By using the Website or a Cobra Clicks App, you agree to these Terms. If you use a Cobra Clicks App on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that company. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or the Cobra Clicks Apps.
Marketing, advertising, SEO, website and consultancy services we provide to clients are governed by the proposal, statement of work or service agreement signed with each client (the “Service Agreement”). If a Service Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Service Agreement prevails.
1. Use of the Website
You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- use the Website in a way that breaks any law or infringes anyone’s rights;
- send spam, unsolicited advertising or false information through our forms;
- try to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its servers or related systems, or interfere with their operation (including through malware, scraping that overloads our servers, or denial-of-service attacks).
The content of the Website is for general information. We try to keep it accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that it is complete or current.
2. Cobra Clicks Apps and connected accounts
2.1 Access
Cobra Clicks Apps are available to our clients and to people they authorize. To use them, you may need to sign in and authorize access to your Google Ads, Meta or other accounts through the platform’s official authorization screen. You must keep your login details confidential and tell us immediately at ads@cobraclicks.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
2.2 Your authorization
By connecting an account, you confirm that you own it or are authorized by its owner to grant us access, and you authorize us to access and use the data in that account as described in our Privacy Policy. We make changes to campaigns, budgets, bids, keywords, ads or other settings only on your instruction or with your approval, or as agreed in the Service Agreement.
2.3 Platform terms
Your use of Google Ads, Meta and other third-party platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies, including the Google Ads Terms and Policies and Meta’s Terms and Advertising Standards. You are responsible for making sure that your ads, landing pages, products and targeting comply with those policies and with applicable law. Google and Meta are not responsible for the Cobra Clicks Apps, and our use of their APIs does not imply their endorsement.
2.4 Acceptable use
You must not use a Cobra Clicks App to:
- access accounts you are not authorized to access;
- create or run ads that are illegal, deceptive or that violate platform policies;
- collect or process personal data in breach of applicable law;
- reverse engineer, copy, resell or sublicense the Cobra Clicks Apps; or
- circumvent usage limits, security measures or platform restrictions.
2.5 Revoking access
You can disconnect your accounts at any time as explained in our Data Deletion Instructions. We may suspend or end your access to a Cobra Clicks App if you breach these Terms, if a platform requires it, or if your Service Agreement ends.
3. No guarantee of results
Advertising and search results depend on factors outside our control, including platform algorithms and auctions, competition, budgets, market conditions, policy decisions by the platforms and the quality of your products and website. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, number of leads, sales, return on ad spend, cost per acquisition or other result. Any forecast, estimate, case study or recommendation is provided in good faith for information only. Ad spend paid to Google, Meta or other platforms is your responsibility and is not refundable by us unless your Service Agreement says otherwise.
4. Intellectual property
The Website, the Cobra Clicks Apps and their content (including text, design, graphics, logos, software and the Cobra Clicks name and brand) belong to Cobra Clicks or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
You keep all rights to your data and content, including the data in your connected accounts. You grant us a limited right to use it only to provide our services to you. Ownership of deliverables created for clients (for example websites, creatives or reports) is governed by the Service Agreement.
5. Third-party services and links
The Website and the Cobra Clicks Apps may link to or rely on third-party services (for example Google, Meta, hosting providers and social networks). We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
6. Disclaimer
The Website and the Cobra Clicks Apps are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses, or that third-party APIs (including the Google Ads API and Meta Marketing API) will remain available or unchanged.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Website or the Cobra Clicks Apps;
- we are not liable for decisions made by Google, Meta or other platforms, including ad disapprovals, account suspensions, policy enforcement or changes to their services; and
- our total liability for any claim relating to the Website or the Cobra Clicks Apps is limited to the fees you paid us for the relevant service in the three (3) months before the claim, or USD 100 if you have not paid us any fees.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or the rights of consumers under mandatory consumer protection law.
8. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for claims, losses and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your ads or content, or your use of a connected account you were not authorized to connect.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including data from Google and Meta APIs. Our Cookie Policy explains how we use cookies.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects users of the Cobra Clicks Apps, we will give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Website or the Cobra Clicks Apps after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Beirut, Lebanon, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
12. General
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent.
